These companies seek to advance their manufacturing and production technology far into the 21st century, utilizing state-of-the-art techniques such as 3D modeling, additive manufacturing, lean processes, and virtual

The team consensus for our sustainment internal processes is to provide a scalable cost effective well designed and superior quality helicopter to market. We understand that the level of competition within the aerospace industry is relatively high compared to other fields, considering a negative -0.359% job growth rate which represent about 133,000 new job positions in the coming year. This will only increase demand for a more diversified workforce. Our objective is to provide access to new job opportunities for all demographics.
